Post by: Theredscorner on October 06, 2011, 09:23:52 AM
Hi All! Wassup Vespinoy?  ;D

My name is Greg and I am from Malaysia. Got to know this forum from my mate, Darwin.

I have to 2 Vespas; a 1964's VBB1 and a 1966's VBB2.

My 1966's VBB1 - I called him by the name "VALENTINO"

My 1964's VBB2 - I called him by the name "MAXIMUS"

very nice scooters... plate number confirms these are genuine vintage vespas.  i know this because i'm working here in singapore and scooters with plates starting with "A" will surely fetch a higher price when sold.

Thank You, bro. Yep, you are right. They are original registered plate numbers. In fact, I got my 1966's VBB2 from its first owner. Since then, I had given him a total restoration and a new look...  :D

Hahaha... Darwin, Thanks, my bro. You are always welcome to ride with me.. I wish to visit you in Manila too! Your Vespa and Lambretta collections really amazed me especially your handlebar Vespa! So far, I had never seen one before in Malaysia... It will be great for me just to snap a picture alongside it! Share more pictures here, bro!  ;)
