Its the Angono Meet Up - Round Up Day!!!Date: Saturday, July 14, 2007Meeting place:
Shell Gasoline Station Julia Vargas/ C5 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Meet up time/Assembly
You can have coffee or breakfast here at the gas station while waiting.(embryo, joneighbors & bertcontrol will be there to meet you)9:00 am
Ride n' Roll papuntang Angono. (embryo, joneighbors & bertcontrol will be there to lead the way on the ride to Angono) Suggested route will be:
U-turn from C5/Julia Vargas, right turn to Sandoval Bridge, then turn to Stella Maris St., then right to Javier St. crossing Javier Bridge, then right turn to Floodway Eastbank Road then right to Lakeside Road going straight to Angono.Another route may also be:
U-turn from C5/Julia Vargas, right turn to Ortigas Ave. Extension straight to Tikling Junction, right turn to Manila East Road Highway straight to Angono. (kaso medyo matrapik dito)9:45 to 10:00 am

Nemiranda Arthouse & Gallery
Viewing of paintings and other artworks inside the artist's studio and at the gallery.(This gallery charges a very minimal entrance fee, so in case na singilin tayo, KKB na lang po. :-))2nd stop:
Balaw-Balaw Restaurant & Art Gallery (just a few meters away from Nemiranda Arthouse)
Viewing of paintings, sculptures, murals and other artworks inside the restaurant and at the Gallery. Kung gusto nyo, pwedeng magpalamig dito for some drinks & refreshments, Masarap at tempting ang pagkain dito, This is the restaurant that serves local and exotic food, pero hindi tayo dito kakain, May nakahanda kaming lunch para sa atin pag stop natin later in the tour. :-)(This gallery charges a very minimal entrance fee, so in case na singilin tayo, KKB na lang po. :-))3rd stop:
The Second Gallery / National Artist Carlos "Botong" Francisco's Residence & Art Studio
This is the art gallery of Totong Francisco, (passaggio) the grandson of Botong, some of his artworks are displayed here. Makikita rin ang ilan sa mga gamit ni Botong dito, pati na ang kanyang studio kung saan sya nagpipinta. (Walang entrance fee dito. Bahay ito. Ancestral house ng Francisco family ito.)4th stop:
The Blanco Family Museum
Viewing of Blanco family paintings inside their gallery/museum.(This gallery/museum charges a minimal entrance fee, so in case na singilin tayo, KKB na lang po :-))5th stop:
The Haunted Kubo
After all the gallery hopping, we will arrive here at The Haunted Kubo at approximately 12:00 noon, so dito tayo kakain ng lunch. Areglado na ang lunch natin dito (sagot na ng Angono boys). Kainan na!!!(This place is provided for us by Passaggio, The Haunted Kubo is a small and old resthouse/ kubo in a spacious fenced yard under big mango trees. We can safely park our scoots inside the yard as we eat and drink on a long table right beside them. :-))Based on some requests, eto ang lunch natin:
Sinigang na bangus sa miso (c/o passaggio) Sinampalukang manok (c/o embryo) Inihaw na liempo (c/o embryo) Ginisang balaw-balaw with talong (c/o skunk) Spicy Kalderetang itik (c/o skunk) Hot n' Crispy Fried itik (c/o joneighbors) Sandamakmak na kanin (c/o joneighbors) (Yung ibang gustong mag contribute o magdala ng iba pang pagkain o inumin, sige lang, Go!

Kaya ito ang aming naging suhestiyon na nais naming ilatag sa inyo, mala- "Educational Tour" ang Angono Round Up na ito! : ) Kaya sa mga Vespakislap dyan na gustong sumama, halina kayo!
