how about using sea water as fuel? well...the challenge is how to isolate H20 from salt. 
bro madali lang i-separate ang salt sa sea water. you may use distillation process, reverse osmosis (like in purified drinking water), ultra-filtration and others.
di ko alam kung tama ako. to get fuel from water, you have to separate Hydrogen ion and the Oxygen ion. Ang natatandaan ko pwedeng through electrolysis where an electric current will pass to the water but i dont know kung gaano karami para makagenerate ka ng hydrogen and oxygen (meron pa ding ibang proseso pero di ko na alam, pwede siguro may catalyst na gagamitin to augment reaction). When the 2 elements from water already separated the hydrogen will act as the fuel since it is highly flammable and the oxygen will support the combustion process. Palagay ko etong parte na to ang madugo.
