How to insert pictures on your post:
1) Upload your image in an Image/Video Server
The two most common free image servers are :

http://www.multiply.comhttp://www.flickr.com/2) Upload your picture by choosing the upload image option or click the browse button
3) Browse through your local hardrive for the image/s you want to post.
4) Once you have selected it choose ok then click on upload.
5) Uploading may take a while.
7) Below it are HTML tags look at the tag that has IMG in it.
8 ) Copy the tag provided by your image host, it should look like this
If you want to link an existing image in the internet then you don't have to upload a picture on an image server. Just 'Right Click' the image in the webpage, choose 'Properties' then copy-paste the URL with the image tag above.
Remember to write the full URL of the image. Always Include the http:// and don't make spaces.
