Been reading a lot about soft seizes by px150s. One thing that caught my attention is the oil pump. Based on what I've read, the oil pump puts out oil based on rpm regardless of fuel volume. On this basis, is it correct to say that the scoot would be well lubricated and not seize going downhill using engine brake since the oil pump would still be pumping oil based on rpm? In other words, there is no need to open the throttle a bit to lube the engine? Comments? :)
I just love the smell of 2T in the morning...
