Ride with myPX

i'm still hanging on to the dream of having a PX again.
come to think of it, there is an (almost) baby-blue stella in 2211 hehehe...

last feb.24, 2013 we plan to ride to Jariel's peak via the Sta. Maria Laguna road. here's the route

we reach Petron Famy and have some gas stop



then proceed to Sta. Maria Laguna to take the shorter route going to Jariel's Peak, but the road is not passable due to heavy rains.



Turn back then took the Infanta road going to Jariel's



Then about 5km after crossing this marker, sh*** happen, my PX stall while running, then after checking all the possible problem, it was found out that there is no spark on the plug while cranking, either stator or the cdi/ignition coil combo, no choice but to load the PX on the rented van all the way from Infanta to my doorstep in Calamba.

Got home by 8pm.

then purchase the following parts...







after reinstalling the new pick-up coil, my PX comes to life again after a click, the old cdi was still good by the way (at least i have a spare now)

then a reason to celebrate with my friend ej...



some nice view during the ride...



Lesson learned on this ride: Have at least 5k on your pocket for van rental, just in case sh*** happen, hahaha

yes sir di naman ganun ka serious ang problem, traumatic lang ung pagkakasakay ng van all the way from infanta, but all in all masarap pa rin mag vespa

repair this damn thing...
