Euroscoot held it’s annual elections this evening at Casino Espanyol along TM Kalaw.
Graciously hosted by outgoing Euroscoot president Migs Oca and his wife Joanne, it was a typical Euroscoot affair, fun and rowdy.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Australia based Vespa rider Serge Javellana attend the affair. It’s been quite a long time since the group has seen him.

The new set of Euroscoot officers are:
President – Joey Vilar
V. President – Simon Barcelon
Secretary – Joey Dalupan
Treasurer – Jong Dalupan
Ways and Means – Louie Fong
Rides – Boy Simsuangco
Public Relations – Cocoy Dalupan

We wish the new set of officers good luck and congratulate the outgoing board to a job well done!

As Serge said to me as we were about to leave, “This certainly have not changed, it’s like I never left”.
