Just a short story of my youngest son, Marco, deems me as not Papa material.

He asks….
Marco: Daddy, is Papa and Daddy the one only?
Daddy: What do you mean?
Marco: Is Papa and Daddy the same?
Daddy: Yes Marco, they are the same, a Daddy and a Papa are the same.
Marco: Ah…….
Daddy: Why Marco? Does your classmate call his Daddy “Papa”?
Marco: No po.
Daddy: Do you want to call me Papa?
Marco: (Enthusiastically) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Daddy: Oh, why?
Marco: Basta….di bagay sa yo! (It doesn’t suit you!)

There it is, my child has decided I am not Papa material.
